HR Whisperer provides Retained HR Service packages giving you access to expert HR advice and support, ensuring you peace of mind that your business and employess are being looked after. All packages are tailored to the requirements of oyur business. If you don't see the exact fit for your business, talk to us. To guarantee a fixed price, our annual retainer is available on a 1, 2, or 3 year basis. Monthly payments are also available.

Expert HR Support and Advice - Over the telephone or via email. HR Whisperer can also provide on-site su[pport at an additional cost.
Employee Handbook, Policies and Contracts - Automatic updates for your handbook; policies, procedures and contracts ensuring you are notified of all legal updates and how you should implement them - keeping you legally compliant at all times.
Case Management - Advice and support available over the telephone and via email for all disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management and redundancies, appraisal training, training needs analysis and mandatory training. We can also provide on-site support for any of the above at an extra cost as per requirements.
Adminsitration - Document templates covering contracts, policies, discipliniaries, grievances, absence management, performance management and redundancies all included - Legal updates sent as and when required. An extra cost will be applied for tailored documents.
